I'm Joey and I'm Strongheart Wheel Works, a specialist builder of high-quality, hand-built and custom bicycle wheels, including wheel builds, service and repair. I'm also a dab hand at bicycle hub servicing and tubeless setup and can supply custom spokes for your own wheel builds or repairs. I'm based part time in both Bristol and south west Poland but I work with customers all over the UK, Europe and beyond. Strongheart brings together my engineer’s eye for detail, my deep love for cycling and my hard-earned experience as an expert wheel builder. At times, I have been frustrated with the cycling industry's exclusive club, one that’s obsessed with speed, performance and going further and faster, lighter and pricier. Of course you can do all of those things on my wheels, but, no pressure. Go slow, go fast, go light, go heavy. You're all welcome here. |
